@JetBlue There is no room for delay or error in their scheduling. if they had scheduled a FULL flight crew from DCA (not w different time tables) we would have gotten out on time or slightly delayed. My time is not valuable to them & it’s disgusting how they treat their customers

@JetBlue should be ashamed of themselves. Our flight on Sunday night from DCA to FLL was cancelled after an 8(!) hour delay which originally resulted because the flight attendants were stuck at another airport and then the pilot and first officer timed out.

@JetBlue So we spent about $1,000 all in on new flights, a hotel to sleep for 2 hours, and an uber to BWI to have a chance to get home on Monday morning. After messaging with customer service today, I have been told repeatedly that our flight is not eligible for compensation.

@JetBlue By that time, the earliest they could get us to South Florida was 6pm on Monday night. Not feasible as our dogs were at home alone for the night and we were desperate to get back to them.

@JetBlue and even proceeded to ticket standby passengers and tag their bags once the plane deplaned. Only to come back and tell everyone that the flight was cancelled.

@JetBlue We waited at the gate for hours with limited updates from the gate agents. They were not sure if the crew on the incoming plane that our flight got reassigned to (while a Boston flight took our plane instead) would be timed out or not

@FTLCityNews why are the lights on A1A Fort Lauderdale beach still so dim?? It’s past turtle season and the street lights are non-existent, it seems like a safety issue for pedestrians given how early it gets dark

@vestiaireco terrible customer service experience. It takes hours and days to get a response and I’ve been trying to resolve an issue for weeks that should be a quick fix on your end with a billing person. There is also no number to call #customerservicefail
