@SouthwestAir @IDreamofBree My husband and I both flew Southwest out of Buffalo to Tampa for our daughter’s wedding. I flew in 2.4 and he flew in 2.5. Each of us experienced miserable gate agents also! I thought maybe it was a vast day in 2.4, but my husband had the same experience on 2.5.
