@HillTop_14@Gilbert_Manager Hi there - Thanks for reaching out! This summer, PR1366 Freestone Park Skate Park Repairs kicked off, focusing on concrete repairs aimed at improving safety and ensuring a better experience for all users. (1/2)
Gilbert crews are on scene repairing a water main break near Ocotillo and Higley Roads. Residents in the area may experience a temporary interruption to the water service while the repair is completed. (1/2)
Drivers should expect traffic delays near the intersection and are encouraged to seek an alternate route is possible.
We appreciate your patience and will continue to share updates as more information becomes available. (2/2)
After a couple of hours, if your water is still not clear, please contact us by calling (480) 503-6400. You can also submit a request via Gilbert 311 using the “Water - Quality (Brown Water)” category and our water team will follow up with you.
This may cause water to be redistributed through other lines. When this happens, sediment can sometimes stir up and cause discoloration in your tap water for a short period. The water is still safe to use.
