Dealing with @Travelers has been nothing but nonsense and a big headache because they won’t take liability for their own driver, so now I have to pay when it was their fault. So disappointed no one can respond to me to resolve this situation

@SouthwestAir Thanks. It’s been over 24 hours and no closer to any updates or where the luggage is…it’s pretty frustrating because I’m not getting any updates and wonder if it’s even being looked into

Still no luck on finding my son’s lost carryon luggage that the @SouthwestAir employee took to the back of the plane because the overhead compartment was full.

@SouthwestAir Yes it has been reported. It happened yesterday, and there are no current updates on where his carryon is! Did anyone check with the employee on where it went after he had possession of it????

@SouthwestAir They should definitely check with the employee that had possession of the bag to see where it was put and why it didn’t make it back to my son

When your son makes his flight with not a minute to spare and trusts @SouthwestAir to secure his carryon bag because they ran out of overhead compartment room, only to find out his entire weekend is ruined because they didn't do their job properly.
