(I started in April '26)

I won't say I've cracked it, as I'm sure the next vid will get sub-100 views. But I'm having fun, and I'm humbled when the algo shone down on me the last few days

I've quit so many forms of fitness activities:

- BJJ
- Boxing
- Biking
- Run clubs
- Bike clubs

Another way to look at it: I've been fortunate enough to try out so many types of activities.
Sticking with strength training for now, my form of fun.

- Tony Robbins' "Awaken The Giant Within"
- Nir Eyal's "Beyond Belief"

You'll come to the same conclusion that you're much more capable than you think.

Belief is the limit.
