July 15: I'm in Barcelona for Affiliate Takeover. Had dinner with a bunch of guys from Evolve and then we watched the game. Conversion rate seems to be better after I made some changes to the checkout. Will try to write some scripts today and attend the event.
Behind every great brand there is usually 1-2 incredible growth marketers.
These individuals drive most of the scale, they move at a different speed and refuse to lose.
If you can hire 1, you can hit $100M. Hire 2 means $250M. Hire 3+ and youβre on your way to a $B outcome.

July 13: I met two 9 figure brand owners in Marbella a few weeks ago and they told me...
"if something smells like shit, it's DEFINITELY shit."
CVR has been going down over the past week, I have to dig into it and figure out what's wrong.
I noticed a lot of comments saying our site is blocked for them by Norton and other companies. So I'm making a list of the fuckers and crafting the most insane emails with Claude to convince them that I'm not a scammer.
Also it's the ads fatiguing, but I have a lot in the pipeline + we hired a 3rd editor. So I'm definitely gonna pump more out.
Pretty much broke even yesterday, which is ok since we're still getting a lot of subscribers. I have to figure out what our CAC:LTV is on a 90 day timeline with our current retention metrics.
yo yeah honestly takes me a lot for a script I put effort in but you also gotta find the balance between that and volume. i think it helps if you really clarify your brief BEFORE writing. make sure the avatar, hypothesis, all that is clear in your head for each concept you want to do. But yeah definitely err on the side of spending more time than less

July 12: Spent Sunday with my fam cuz it's my dad's bday. But saturday I was grinding. I wrote 5 scripts and also came up with 2 more cool concepts after randomly looking at some ad libraries.
Also I spent a few hours at night with Codex playing around with Sol, and I finally finished a project I wanted to vibecode for weeks that I think will be crazy good for spying and competitor research. I burned through like $100 in tokens but its looking super cleeean.
I'm getting comments and DMs from customers saying they can't access my URL.
Sometimes they show me screenshots of Norton blocking it because it thinks it's a scam.
Has anyone encountered this and found a way to fix it?
@bronnybuilds Nice, how are you managing the churn/payment success rate? Our first attempt success is 62% which is low, working on that. I think once you get the subscribers a large part is optimizing all these things to squeeze as much juice out as possible.
@abetradezzz Depends if the angle works well with natives, but if I were to start testing a new product or something I would prioritize natives yea because I can do them fast without an editor
