It feels like we have been stuck around this level for like 1-2 weeks.

This is obviously a creative problem, but the beautiful thing is that we can probably scale soon either way because of the subs starting to come in.

MRR is a crazy game. But even so need to dig deep into learnings today. Really need to crack something new🫎🫎🫎

Decent day yesterday, nothing incredible. Just waiting for the big rebills to start coming in.

We retained about 85% of the subs from the July cohort so its looking good tbh.

Im back in Dubai and the bidet in my second bathroom exploded. So woke up at 4am with a fucking ocean in my apartment.

@TomCourant Have heard that 80%+ on first month is good so thats the target. But we seem to be doing better than that already and have just launched retention flows so it should get even better

Good profitable day yesterday. I flew in to Dubai yesterday so now its lock in season.

Today i have a bunch of meetings to catch up to and also a bunch of scripting.

It feels nice being back at the set up!

Decent lil 8k day, we are still profitable so that is a great sign.

I want to do some avatar maxxing this week. So just running our top performers but for new symptoms and desires.

Maybe this is split focus maybe not. Traveling today, so wont be able to have my usual Monday meetings.

Day 89 of the MRR brand:

Solid day yesterday 15% profit + stacking fat subs so can’t complain.

Trying to cook some offers so i can increase my take rate.

Alot of like MOF ads are taking spend and my frequency is increasing which is a horrible sign lol.

I really need to cook some more TOF ads. This Will be the objective the coming week.

Also launched in the EU i have like a 3.5 dollar CPA in Spain LOL hope it stays this way.

2 editors and me from start.

Now we are 2 CS, me and 5 editors. The 2 CS and 3 editors are on test.

Im willing to invest heavy into team early since i have a brand since before and have made good profits would recommend to go solo as a CS much longer if you are more bew because you need to truly learn the skill.

Slightly unprofitable yesterday…

Im not that worried tbh my big rebills start coming in at the beginning of next month and then i will be profitable no matter what i do.

Still sucks to not be proitable front end rn. The rebrand killed us but i know its just a matter of time until we are back.

If you have big amounts of creatives you need more spend same with high target CPA
