The thing with Trump winning a majority is not so much how well he did but how abysmally the Ds did with so many just not voting. He didn’t do better. She did so much worse.

@brithume But who’s to say they don’t eliminate that rule and so the bill does get to their desk. And then 2) who can believe that he would stand by his statement about vetoing if he found it to his political advantage at that time.

@brithume 2 points that show why this not objectively false. 1. They have danced around their responses as often as they’ve said it would not pass, usually in the context of congress would never send the bill due to needing 60 votes.
