Amazingly kind, compassionate and competent service from @NHS24 , @Scotambservice and @nhsforthvalley @TeamFVED yesterday after mum had a fall. Yes there were waits at each stage but in the circumstances it was timely, respectful and caring. Fight for our NHS. It’s wonderful!
