@anniewestdotcom@FauxMole I'm not sure there are absolutes in this one. I wouldn't find it disrespectful if someone did it to 'one of mine' but I wouldn't myself for fear of causing upset. People may become a bit desensitized if they're used to old rural graveyards with few/no paths.
@FauxMole@anniewestdotcom There would be piseog/trafitions about returning every bit of soil removed for many rural areas so this might have been important to them. I find walking away from graves without filling them in weird, but have seen urban dwellers horrified when family fill them immediately.
