@ScotRail toilets on these trains are a joke. I have a medical condition that requires the bathroom more often than I would like. In Europe no problem. But ayr to Kilwinning is too much to ask. Out of order coming into ayr never mind leaving

@ScotRail is the 19.05 from ayr running or not shows running, then you press on it and shows cancelled?

@ScotRail @NetworkRailSCOT This is absolutely disgraceful finally got on a train and it gets paisley and are told it will be stuck here for a MINIMUM of half an hour. More days than not just now the trains on this line are cancelled or heavily delayed. So so poor

@ScotRail what is the point of the ticket gates at ayr if some one is going to stand and manually scan everyones tickets as well so you need to scan it twice holding everyone up? Even other members of staff seem confused about it

@ScotRail No worries, just slowing everyone down. Some people think they must be earning a commission which doenst look good
