@emirates Wow complete ineptness all around. US to India. First Emirates forgot to collect my bags from JetBlue. Then upon alerting they finally “found” it in the system. They sent it, and now it’s sitting at the local airport for 12 hours!! No idea when I’ll receive them. SMH.
@EmiratesSupport This is a situation where there is no value for the customer’s time. The bags are being delivered (supposedly - still not received yet) after almost 10 calls this morning to get it moving. Imagine how frustrating this is. MAAEK30319
@FedExHelp I am having a nightmare of a situation with an international “express” shipment. 6 packages released in drips. 3 weeks, 1 package left - have made 30 calls, not kidding. Trace dept tells me it’s in Memphis but can do nothing to move it. What’s the point? Can you help?
@FedExHelp That’s the number that I keep calling. It’s a dead-end with people who have the ability to locate a package (in this case “it’s in Memphis”) but no ability to get it to move out of there. They have no control over the situation than to send an email and hope someone acts on it.
