I've just received my refund but it's not for the full amount. I have been told that to claim back the money for the pre-booked seats I need to ring the airline directly!! I have been ringing daily since 14th May but can't get through. Not great!!

@YourSSE @SSE@alzheimerssoc Shame on you SSE. My daughter has severe anxiety which is noted on your records yet you email her on a Saturday night saying you are going to double her monthly payments. She has had nothing but problems since setting up an account with you as her preferred supplier. Shocking!
