@ChurchCamping Loved our stay at St Laurence. We were made to feel very welcome and it’s a beautiful church with great facilities if you’re a first time champer
@DrNeilStone As a 50yo patient (because I suspect generation makes a difference) I prefer the letter to be addressed to my GP and copied to me. One consultant (older) addresses me, the other (younger, but not much) my GP. But I like that I am copied in, these days via the hospital app.
@FrimleyHealth I “graduated” from @AIRTeamFHFT classes at Farnham Memorial Hall on Friday. Thoroughly useful and motivational. I can’t change my breathlessness (much), but I can change how I approach it and manage it. Thank you to such a great team 💪🫁
What a great way to celebrate #pulmonaryrehabweek24 by graduating from my @AirTeamFHFT pulmonary rehabilitation class! Great support from the team over this 6-week course, full of tips for managing my breathlessness, plus a tailored exercise programme I can continue at home 💪🫁
