Why is there a delay in refunding my money for my ticket? it was you who has cancelled my ticket for the BTS live viewing for 5:30pm showing on the 31st Oct not me, it is still showing in my account and my money has not come back to my bank, what is going on?

@Nickelback Just watched the documentary in the UK, it was amazing. I don't understand why they get the hate they do. I have followed @Nickelback music since I was a teenager, they have got me through some hard times, I am seeing them for the 1st time in concert in London in May, I'll be 37!

So you have taken £40 from my bank, but only put £20 on my oyster card! When will I get my refund?

@TfL I put money on my oyster card on 12th February (£20) and didn't collect it by the 15th Feb, it said it would be refunded if I didn't collect it, I was going to be needing it on the 16th Feb. So as it was not going to be valid I topped up again (£20), no refund in my bank!
