@JohnLewisRetail my sister thinks she left some property in a JLP store. She rang cust. services who said they are unable to contact the store or give her a contact number. So she is expected to make a trip to the store not knowing if her property is there. That can't be right!

@staysure there is an account impersonating you called staysurehelp. They are replying to messages on here and getting people to send them personal details by DM. They then ring people up to try to get more personal info. I reported this yesterday by phone.

@LNER The screen shot didn’t have prices on for the date I wanted, which is why I didn’t think the tickets were for sale. However I discovered that if I click on the date then tickets are available. So thank you very much for your help.

@LNER I’ve received an email to say tickets available Ncle to Edinburgh 31st May. £38 single!!! Yet earlier in the month they are £22. Why such a difference? Will prices come down or are you profiteering because there is a big event on that day?
