@Moneybox @bbcdanw HSBC fail to provide an adequate phone service but they refuse to view a 92 year old as a vulnerable adult “as that would be discriminatory”. Thank heavens they aren’t running the vaccine programme! That vulnerability has now cost that 92 year old £3m to scams.

@Moneybox @bbcdanw I wasnt surprised to hear this story. I have been appallled by the inept ‘service’ provided by HSBC re my 92 year old fathers account. Waiting in a queue for 1 1/2 hrs was common place & my phone bill for January rose by £60 due to the Multiple calls to them.

I have only recently discovered gardening (despite having been in my house for 13 years) it wasn't until 2018 that I got the bug! In all that time, I haven't seen the Wisteria flower. Its a very old plant (20-30 years) and has several very old woody stems (about 5)....

@BBCWomansHour @BrMenopauseSoc @TheMenopause I have a long history of mental health issues and for the last yr have thought that I was suffering yet another symptom = debilitating anxiety. Courteously of WH I now realise it is all menopausal which has been a liberating experience and helped me to get out the house.
