@POferriesupdate This update is a joke @POferries the ferries may be running on time but it’s taking 5 hours to check in so everyone is missing their ferry! A total shambles and we will be travelling with @dfds from now one - no issues with them!

@POferriesupdate @POferries it did not look like you were doing anything to try and improve the situation at all - no one on the ground at Calais explaining anything and extra staff bought in! Shocking. We actually bought a DFDS ticket to get out of the hell that was P&O check in so we got home
