@SteveHarney My husband and I are Gen X, but my Boomer parents just sold their home and moved with us. We had already converted our downstairs into an extra living space. They live with us and pay us rent and are hanging on to their equity for now. The benefits you mentioned are true 4 us.

@SteveElshaw Having children with special needs/sensory issues. Getting out the door can be unpredictable and time consuming. Same goes for leaving early. Child (and parent) may be maxed out.
