@jamiesmart Yeah I’ve had these for years! I’m not sure what triggers them for me, but I always get a headache and feel a bit rubbish after the flashes have past. The zig zags for me can block my sight for a little while - I once got one when I was driving on the motorway 😩

@HaggisAdele Yeah it’s usually fields and woodlands for us so I’m thinking a buggy would be a hassle… I always had our daughter in a sling when she was little because the pram was a hassle 👍😂

Other fashion mistakes for me include cycling shorts with day glo stripe, gay glo socks (odd colours of course!) and sweater shop jumpers!
