@ByCasagrande @Culpepper19 1) the Times never argued he was a public figure, and there is no precedent to support he was; 2), the jury did, in fact, find actual malice which was what enabled them to award punitive damages under Gertz; 3) you need to talk to Mark Mayfield about the facts of this case.

After they reinstated my account about 30 minutes later, they determined that I had "not" violated their community standards and "apologized" for any inconvenience. No telling what they will do with all my info they got.

Facebook just "suspended" my account for violating community standards. (I didn't). And now they want my cell phone number and a picture of my driver's license to reinstate my account. Is this a scam?
