UPDATE: Wyoming PD says the suspect--a 37-year-old male from Wyoming--called police earlier this morning requesting that they meet him at his home, where he was taken into custody without further incident. The name of the victim--a 51-year-old female from Saint Paul--as well as the name of the suspect, have not yet been released.

WYOMING: 26720 Kettle River Boulevard N (Holiday Gas Station) - Squads are on scene of a female victim that was run over, apparently intentionally. CPR was started and a LifeLink helicopter is on scene. The suspect was said to be driving an older white truck, Minnesota license plate MEK-124.
