@VodafoneUK Tbh, even if a deal does come up my current view of voda as a future provider for me has been severely tarnished and doubt very much I am gonna tie myself in to you for any longer than I have to. Been a long relationship but this is the final straw. Thought orange were bad!!!

@VodafoneUK Also turns out that switching to SIMO has wiped out the last 15 years or so of bonus discount that had built up. Yeah thanks for telling that nugget of info previously. Itโs just an absolute farce and a joke
@VodafoneUK Yeah it just goes round in circles mate. Upgrade team canโt match what I wanted to switch away to. Game over and left feeling salty and shafted. Highly doubtful that gonna continue with voda once this stupid contract expires
@VodafoneUK Lesson learned. Never believe anything Voda sales tell you, itโs probably never gonna happen and you will be stuck in something that you wouldnโt have gone for having known you were be fed a line.

@VodafoneUK Was going to switch to virgin ยฃ33 p/m 2500 mins, unlmtd sms, 8gb data, free handset iPhone 8. At this point in time I just want to cancel contract and move away but apparently I have to pay the cancellation fee which no one will budge on removing this cost. Thoroughly annoyed
@VodafoneUK Of offers. Many conversations later still no decent deal and feel like I has been mis lead so requested cancellation of this contract but told I would have to pay the cancellation fee for something which isnโt what I was signing up for. Therefore stuck until October in contract
@VodafoneUK I was due upgrade in October. Was going to switch away to different provider but was told that it might be a good idea to switch to SIMO and then in January there should be good offers for me close to what I could switch away to. Took the bait and nothing materialised in terms
