My mother’s trip home from Malta: First, her @lufthansa flight to Frankfurt is cancelled for “technical reasons.” The next day, she makes it to Frankfurt, only to be told she’s not scheduled for her connecting @united flight.

Eventually, she gets on that flight to NY but her bag gets taken off that flight. When she gets to NY, she’s told her bag is in Malta. But-oh wait- no, it’s not. They don’t know where it is. Oh, here it is, in Frankfurt. It will be delivered the next day, by late at night
