I contacted @MTNza today to cancel one of my contracts as it is ending today. I was assisted by Phumulo Shupiang Unfortunately, the consultant I spoke to was unable to assist me, and the service I received was not satisfactory.
@Makro_SA your service is bad 🤷🏿, I bought a TV just two days back at makro centurion and you advised you’ll send installation guys today 29/08/2025 been waiting since morning and when I call your office I am placed on hold for over 30 minutes
