@FeministaJones @Uber @Uber_Support I recently had this happen and the Uber driver said I put in the wrong pick up address, I didn’t, and he drove 10 miles away from where he was supposed to pick me up and then told me I needed to call another Uber.
They charged me, but I got it refunded.
