@Tesco I'm a little concerned I had a Tesco Pay+ transaction just fail twice before I paid by card; however I see I've paid at least twice for my shopping. Can we trust Pay+ and how do I get my money back please? Not sure your systems are bulletproof.

@BhamCityCouncil In what way is this acceptable - no domestic collection for four weeks or so - with repeated calls requiring action result in nothing? Please sort it urgently. It is a disgusting state of affairs that predates the bin strike (and that certainly didn't help.)
