@KayeSteinsapir @AnthemBCBS This is RIDICULOUS. You shouldn’t be charged for this in the first place. The hospital should protect families from this cost, as you’re GIVING them live-saving organs. The hospital failed you by charging for this procedure and your insurance failed you for not covering it.
