The closing of Linate is no excuse for your poor service!! My bag did not make it to Bruxelles because your belt broke and the bags were delayed!! Now no one can tell me where my bag is! Thank you very much for your BAD Service

@BrusselsAirport I have been trying to talk to the baggage service since yesterday with no LUCK.
Yesterday morning I waited for 1 hour in English. At 5pm I tried again and when selecting French or English the line would just drop. Only one working was dutch and still no answer!!

@UZBrussel I have been standing outside the U10 for over 1 hour to have some news. I keep hearing the doctor will come to talk but I saw the doctor leaving the room of the patient 30 minutes ago and still nothing. How does someone get news for an intensive care patient?

Came back home yesterday from a short break and saw the roadworks will now end in September!!! #Tervuren will it ever end?
Not to be a killjoy but between yesterday and today I have seen only 2 guys working. At this rate when it's done we have to start again coz too old!!
