Modem bruciato ma il servizio clienti nel n ci riesce ad aiutare da settimane.

More convenient to buy a premium ticket instead of the economy one.
Hidden fees to pay and this is illegal

@LATAM_ECU We have been asked to pay an hidden fee that was not mentioned in any part of the website.
Was more convenient to buy the premium at this point.
Never been scammed like this

This was not written anywhere when I booked the ticket and not in the specifications.
This is not legal!!!
