Is this the customer experience Kia wants to deliver? Please look into this and help resolve the issue.

I was told that Kia has 4 showrooms and I must visit a specific showroom for the test drive.
My question is simple: If I submitted my inquiry for the Nerul showroom, why should I have to visit another location just to take a test drive?

Disappointing experience with @KiaInd
I raised an inquiry on the Kia website for a Kia Sonet Diesel at Bhavna Kia, Nerul. I received a call asking about my requirements, followed by an SMS with the sales executive’s contact number.When I called to ask about a diesel test drive.

@AmazonHelp @amazon @amazonIN I think you don't understand the quick commerce business.
Very frustrating experience. And you are customer service people's are rude and arrogant.

I ordered a few items through **Amazon Now**, Amazon's quick commerce service. two items from my order were missing.
I've tried contacting customer support several times, but my calls are either being disconnected or no one is responding.

@frido_official I placed an order for a Car Combo on 29 June and have still not received any dispatch update. Multiple follow-ups with customer support have resulted in no clear answers or timeline. Kindly investigate and provide an immediate update on my order. @ganeshsonawane

If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would.
I had a horrific experience with this dealership. They refused to honor my claim, stating that the tire was run in a flat condition — which is completely untrue and unacceptable. @Bridgestone @BridgestoneInd

Dear

@Swiggy
The delivery boy was rude arrogant.
He delayed delivery for 30 minutes. Also food came in open box. Totally unhappy with your service.
Don't take customer for granted. Otherwise dukan band hone ko jyada time nhi lagega...
