@Thebiglade Run enough Reta and tirz that you literally never think about food…. Then do 1.5 hrs of cardio a day on top of normal life and just barely eat every few days. You can lose .5-1lb a day

@pepfessions Yeah 💯 gotta lift but more important is the protein. I fichar my ass of to keep mine high enough and basically don’t want to eat at all after the shakes all day. Dinner is a chore but better than losing too much mass
