Rahul Gandhi lost 100 elections because of his Pappuness.
Sanjay Raut FINISHED Shiv Sena because of his Motor Mouth.
Now, Priyank Kharge is on the same track to finish Congress in Karnataka because he dislikes DK Shivakumar
“Jagannath Shankar Sheth, a proud Marathi, donated hundreds of acres of his personal land for Mumbai’s development”
As did Parsis, Jews, and Jains. Jamsetjee Jeejeebhoy alone did £230,000 and funded over 120 charities…I won’t even do the inflation maths here, you know the number is staggering.
As for “modern Bombay,” how exactly do you even define the term? Modern in what sense? Wealth? Culture? Aspiration? Because if so…
Bombay modernized when a Jew from Goa turned a godforsaken island with nothing but mangroves, mosquitoes, and fisherfolk hovels into a grand Bombay Castle.
Bombay modernized when a Parsi merchant decided to give it its first modern civilian hospital, its first medical school, its first art school, and its first and only physical link to the rest of the country with Mahim Causeway.
Bombay modernized when an Englishman glued together tiny disparate islands into the monolith you recognize today with a Reclamation program that lasted long after he was dead.
Bombay modernized when a Baghdadi Jew built its first wet docks that would serve as the entrepôt for all the wealth that poured into it from both hemispheres in the late 19th century.
Bombay modernized when a Jain from Gujarat turned it into the economic powerhouse that it continues to be with Asia’s first stock market.
And Bombay modernized when a Parsi became the first to start trade with China more than half a century before Jagannath Shankar Sheth was even born.
The list could go on with Muslims and Marwaris but you get the drift.
Yes, Shankar Sheth’s contribution to Bombay is immense…top tier even. But to single him out as the “Maker of Modern Bombay” is just you acting out your personal chauvinism. Ideally one shouldn’t assign such titles to single communities but if you must, for every Marathi name you list, others could in a heartbeat list 4 non-Marathi names in response. The idiotic game could go on forever.
If you have the time.

For the past 2.5 years, Shree Jain Navyuvak Mandal Vashi has been serving free meals every Sunday with a simple belief:
No one should be denied food, dignity, or respect. ❤️
No caste is asked.
No language is asked.
No background is considered.
A Hindu Man by mistake click Photo with Family in the premises of Golden and he was beaten by Sikh boys because the Hindu man was poor man.
Bhagwant Mann sprinkled alcohol on the portraits of Sikh Gurus, NO Sikh is going to touch him and NO ONE from Sikh Community will beat him.
𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗜 𝗝𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗤𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗘𝗗 𝗪𝗛𝗘𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗕𝗛𝗔𝗚𝗪𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗡 𝗜𝗦 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗡 𝗔 𝗦𝗜𝗞𝗛
Punjab is on fire. The Akal Takht has declared CM Bhagwant Mann a "Guru-traitor."
Now Congress is twisting the knife:
→ Charan Singh Channi: "He went to a Gurdwara while drunk. He is not even a Sikh."
→ Akal Takht: forensic labs confirmed the video is 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹, not AI
→ Congress demands Mann 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 immediately
→ SAD, BJP pile on — all screaming for his head
This is no longer politics. This is a sitting CM declared an enemy of the faith by the highest Sikh authority.
When your own state's religious throne brands you a traitor, the chair under you starts cracking.
Mann is cornered. Every party smells blood.
𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 — 𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗔𝗔𝗣 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗣𝘂𝗻𝗷𝗮𝗯?
It is shocking that a Chief Minister who spoke about Sikh values and Sikh institutions & did the drama of enacting Anti-Sacrilege law now faces such grave accusations from the highest authority of Sikh Panth.
According to Jathedar Sahib, forensic examinations found the viral video to be genuine. Today’s action by the Singh Sahibs sends a strong message that no one is above the principles of Sikhism. The Panth stands united and Bhagwant Mann should resign immediately on moral grounds and respect the sentiments of millions of Sikhs worldwide.
If the issue is public space, then apply the same rule everywhere.
White strip is “defacing Mumbai,” fine. Then what about illegal hawkers on footpaths, food stalls blocking roads, political banners, posters, pandals, loudspeakers and daily encroachment?
Why does civic concern become active only when Jains are involved?
I am not saying every Jain demand is right. If something is illegal, remove it by law. Same standard should apply to everyone.
But selectively turning one small white strip into “cultural imposition” while staying silent on bigger public-space violations exposes the real politics.
This is not neutrality. This is choosing an easy controversy and packaging it as asmita.
Law should be equal. Outrage should also be equal.
Read his tweet again.
Maharashtra and Mumbai belong to Marathis..
Maharashtra and Mumbai does not belong to Raj Thackrey..
Even Marathis dont trust Raj Thackrey..That's why his party could not win a single Assembly seat..
I was once a big MNS fan.
Their Balasaheb-style aggression and Hindutva tone genuinely appealed to me. But over time, I started noticing the pattern.
One example I clearly remember is Sur Kshetra in 2012. The show had Pakistani artists like Atif Aslam and Indian legend Asha Bhosle. MNS strongly opposed it, saying Pakistani artists should not be allowed on Indian TV. Their workers built the whole narrative, gave strong statements and created pressure.
Then Boney Kapoor and the Colors TV CEO met Raj Thackeray at his Dadar residence. Suddenly, MNS gave the show a green signal.
That was the moment I understood the game.
Workers fight on the ground, create outrage, take abuse, build political pressure. Then high command meets the producer, changes the stance, and everyone is expected to quietly follow.
Now look at Sandeep Deshpande, who is leading this white strip issue. His own restaurant is named “Induri Chaat.”
Nothing wrong with Indori food. Business is business.
But then don’t preach Marathi asmita to common people 24x7. If your politics runs on preserving Marathi culture, you could have made a Maharashtrian-themed restaurant too: Puneri Misal, Kolhapuri Tambda-Pandhra, Khandeshi food, Konkani food, Varhadi food, anything.
But when it comes to themselves, they choose market sense. When it comes to common Marathi people, they give emotional lectures.
Same with Marathi schools. These leaders tell common Marathi families to send children to Marathi-medium schools, while their own children study in posh English-medium schools, learning Julius Caesar instead of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, sitting with Bollywood and industrialist kids.
For themselves: global exposure.
For common Marathi people: emotional lectures on Marathi pride.
So when I see MNS today turning a harmless white strip into a Marathi vs Jain issue, I don’t see ideology. I see the same old pressure-politics template.
Create outrage. Build pressure. Get visibility. Then call it asmita.
That is when I stopped being a fanboy.
Congress worker Debdeep Chatterjee was killed by TMC goons in April when TMC was in power and Venugopal didnt utter a single word. Back then, no inquiry was needed. For Congress, identity and affiliation of murderer decides whether they want to make an issue of it or not. Shameless
Questions for @BhagwantMann@ArvindKejriwal & @AamAadmiParty
Video 1st surfaced in 2025.
While Bhagwant is quick to file FIRs against political opponents, journalists & activists.
1. Why did Bhagwant not lodge an FIR last year, to identify who's in the video, if not him.
An year is a long time to find the culprit.
2. Bhagwant appeared at the office of Sri Akal Takht Sahib & was asked twice to get forensic test of the video done.
Why didn't you send the video for forensics then?
3. If not Bhagwant, Mr Kejriwal or AAP could have filed a complaint.
4. As Chief Minister why didn't you form a SIT to deeply investigate the matter.
Punjab wants to know, why you had to wait for Sri Akal Takth to get the videos forensics done and now crying that it isn't you.
Now you are saying that Akal Takth Sahib is politically motivated? Shame on you.
Circumstance point towards your Guilt Mr Mann.
TMC’s “golden days” in Bengal meant one thing: kidnapping opposition candidates so they couldn’t campaign.
Even Amit Shah was stunned whenBJP candidate Rekha Patra was abducted before his rally.
Mota Bhai didn’t blink; he traced her and got her back on stage just in time.
Hi @KapilSibal
Please leave RSS
Concentrate on CONgress/AAP/TMC/SP/RJD left cabal (Your bread & butter)
You did your best to stop construction of Ram Temple
But you failed miserably
Prior to that you propagated that BJP will never make Ram Mandir & it is merely an election promise
You failed miserably there as well
You must thank BJP/RSS wholeheartedly
Your 90% political cases come to you because of them
You make millions from those cases by opposing them politically
Then representing them in courts
And you lose almost all of them b it charge hefty money from these political parties 😄
What a business model. Fool the parties & making money as well
So concentrate on your business model
And stop lectures on RSS from here on
Now shut up 🤫
Priyank Kharge is the Home Minister of Karnataka. He says his letter to Mohan Bhagwat ji is based on official capacity. If so he should tell under which law does he ask Income Tax related details of RSS and under which law registration of RSS has been mandated.
