BEGINNING OF DAY 16 OF #CLIMATEFAST
120 people sleeping outdoors under clear skies. Temperature: - 8 °C
16 days of just water n salts is finally taking a toll. Feeling quite week. But I can still drag for another 25 days n perhaps will.
I'm sure our path of truth will win eventually.
In Anna Hazare's case Parliament unanimously passed the Lokpal Bill by the 13th day of his fast. Mahatma Gandhi had to sit for 21 days.
Let's see how long ours takes...!
We shall overcome some... day.

BEGINNING OF DAY 14 OF MY #CLIMATEFAST
250 people slept hungy in - 12 °C to safegurad Ladakh's land, environment and tribal indigenous culture
Our nomads are losing prime pasture land to huge Indian industrial plants to the south & Chinese encroachment to the north
To show the ground reality we're planning a Border March of 10,000 Ladakhi shepherds & farmers soon.

END OF 8th DAY
I'm still very fine and ready to go for several weeks.
An unexpectedly large number of 1500 people joined me for anshan today. Leh has only 30,000 people and Ladakh 300,000.
Leaders of various organisations expressed their anguish, anger and shock at how the government could so blatantly break their promises after winning two elections!

Public sports complex under a flyover? Doesn't that sound amazing? 😀

The Sanpada flyover in #NaviMumbai has been converted into a cricket pitch, basketball court, and badminton court covered with nets.
