@RailwaySeva @drm_fzr I have already complaint on 139, you just register complaint and do nothing. Station master also saying he has no clue when this train will start. This is not happening first time, i always do journey in this train. This happened many times. Kindly solve

Train 12414 is rescheduled by 1.5 hours says NTES. Its been more than 2 hours and no train has arrived. Jammu Tavi Station master has no clue when this train will start from Jammu Tavi itself. Are passengers left with their own decisions either to wait or go back??

@drm_fzr @RailwaySeva @srdomfzr The train has been rescheduled by 21+ hours now!! Either cancel the train so that people get their refund because if passenger cancels his ticket then they get no refund as the ticket is booked in Tatkal. Also who is responsible for wasting the time of passengers?

@IRCTCofficial Why Train no 12414 and 12413 keeps on rescheduling?
They are rescheduling by 10 hours, 8 hours most of the time.
Please look into it, this is wasting a lot of time of people.
