@SAS what kind of national airline has a paltry carry on limit of 8kg?Review your limits and teach your ground staff to know that other airlines have higher limits. I don’t expect to be dismissed when I mention other airlines have limits up to 15kg! Last time I fly with you😡
@OVOEnergy Utter rubbish not taking any calls this morning for over an hour due to a company update. That delay had a knock on effect on an emergency electrical repair yesterday. Unacceptable
