@MikeMatangaEsq Bro, work on yourself now that you have time and opportunity. Pupillage and Young Bar are mandatory evolutionary stages in the life of a legal practitioner. You will soon be past those stages. Ujana ni moshi.
@BenardMakumbi_ Wasichana wa Nairobi saa hii hawasumbuliwi na gari. They know you can hire a GLE for months just for impression. Ile kitu inawatishie saa hii ni jamaa ako shughuli zake bila dem.
Two decisions from the High Court may well have accelerated the Judiciaryโs inevitable confrontation with Artificial Intelligence.
Now the Judiciary @Kenyajudiciary has responded with the 2026 Draft Practice Directions on the Use of Artificial Intelligence in Courts.
The message from the Chief Justice @CJMarthaKoome is unmistakable: AI is permitted in Kenyan courts but accountability remains entirely human.
The Directions are remarkably sophisticated. They permit innovation while fiercely protecting candour, professional responsibility, data protection, fair trial rights and the integrity of judicial proceedings.
@BoomFedel@Esq_Dalmas_J I also don't charge students for HELB forms and grieving families seeking affidavits to collect or transport bodies for burial purposes.
@CodeMetalai@xysist Why are you obsessed with consanguinity? Aren't there any other derogatory terms in your vocabulary besides "incest"? It's aura for aura.
" law was a fifth degree to be acquired by an Individual before practice"...Tell that to the birds. If your primary profession (Economics) has no job for you, create work for yourself. Wacha kuharibu za wengine. Alternatively, study a bachelor of laws and follow through the process to become an Advocate. Danstan Omari did it.Linus Kaikai did it. Ambassador (Dr) Amina Mohamed did it.....and many more others. You will not hijack an entire profession on the strength of a six (6) months' course and judicial whim.
