@elonmusk I went with Tesla for solar panels for the great brand behind it, but they dropped the ball on customer service so low after they didn't disclose half of my house wouldn't be covered by powewalls. A robot call would have served me better. Maybe an idea for you.

@Tesla @elonmusk so we spent two months through calls and inspections to get our house covered by solar and power walls, to discover at install time that only half the house would be covered by the batteries? Nobody told us that and called our install off. I expected better.
