I’ve had several experiences with @CoinbaseSupport and can honestly say it is the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I simply can’t believe that @coinbase can succeed with such disregard to their customers. Do any $coin investors think differently?

.@brian_armstrong. How can a company excel when it completely ignores its customers? Your @CoinbaseSupport team won’t respond to the case I put in with anything but automated responses that don’t help. It’s been reported @CFPB. Do better. I’m going to continue to escalate this.

Hey @PNCBank_Help I’m having an issue with @coinbase and @CoinbaseSupport not crediting me with a refund. I have confirmed it hit their bank account. Their horrible customer service is forcing me to reach out to you. Maybe rethink your partnership as they are bringing you down.
