@Nextiva - BIG PROBLEM... I had a confirmed port to you guys 2 days ago and it got fumbled somehow. Can't seem to get a good answer from ANYONE through the proper channels. Public lookup shows the number was transferred from our old carrier. Need an answer on this!
@Lenovo Waiting on my NEXT BUSINESS DAY onsite service technician to come onsite...for TEN DAYS now... surely the weather that was affecting the parts shipment has cleared up by now?!
