Day Two of the G&K Farm Tour produced some really nice results. Todays region was northern Indiana/Ohio right along the Michigan border. Fields still looking pretty clean of disease 👍🏻
Corn was consistent and averaged 200-210

Soybean pod counts were very good, averaging 65+

Starting the 2022 G&K Crop Tour. Day one started off in G&K's SE region with pod counts averaging 55 per plant and expected corn yields came in more variable with an average around 200 bushels per acre. #AmplifyTogether #brooksidelabs

Our end of the year corn disease survey has filled in both the tar spot (left) and southern corn rust (right) maps in IN. 82 of 92 IN counties officially confirmed with tar spot (4 new for 2021). @PurdueExtension @PurdueCorn @INCornFarmers
