@LynneKerrUKUSA@studio_co_uk Ive had a couple of parcels go missing due to them no following delivery instructions. They really are a poor courier to say the least
@studio_co_uk hoping you can help!! The parcel was classed as delivered even though it was left on my doorstep when I was at work!!! When I got home the package, unsurprisingly, was not there......how do you intend to sort this out?
@evricouriers is this acceptable? Parcel classed as delivered when its left by my front door even though i asked for delivery to be made next door, due to me being out. Disgusting service
Hi @TUIUK the agent dealing with my complaint from May,is now back from holiday, according to your latest DM to me. Can I expect a resolution sometime in the near future? This has been dragging on so long it's so disrespectful!!!
@TUIUK Hi Can you actually get this sorted soon? I get the same 'sorry for delay & thanks for your patience' in every DM you send me & to be honest it wore a bit thin weeks ago. If you care to look at my form I sent you back in May, you will know my grievance is not a big massive one!!
Hi @TUIUK the agent handling my complaint is 'on leave' & back on 8 Sept. Is this the same agent who left a voice message on 25 July & never got back to me & was on leave on 19 Aug, or 3 different people? Remember that this has been going on since May!!!!
