Delhi court says Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka breached their bonds and their conduct shows no respect for law as they called protest at denotified site (Jantar Mantar).

Court says there are serious concerns about them breaching peace and tranquility.

The Court also says sureties presented are unfit due to mismatch in photographs.

Here’s something that a LOT of people don’t know about what’s actually going on with Delhi Police.

CJP’s Saurav Das & Ashutosh Ranka have been sent to 2 more days of judicial custody in Tihar Jail.

By a judicial court? NO.

They have been kept in Tihar Jail for the last 6 days on the order of a Special Executive Magistrate (SEM).

Who is an SEM? He is an ACP-rank (junior) police officer of Delhi Police appointed by the state govt.

Therefore, Delhi Police arrested Saurav & Ashutosh & now a Delhi Police ACP (acting as SEM) is keeping them in jail.

There’s no FIR against them. There’s also no judicial order.

Delhi Police are the accusers & well as the judge when it comes to keeping them in jail.

That’s how messed up it is.

BIG BREAKING : Indian Express Brutally Expose Haryana BJP Government🔥

The CBI alleges that Rs 504 crore of public money from eight Haryana government departments was diverted into chosen branches of two private banks.
Six IAS officers are named among 19 accused in the chargesheet.

Now see what the CBI says these officers were given in return : gold coins delivered to one officer's house, hotel bills paid by a banker, liquor, luxury stays and "mujra" parties paid in cash.

These are the CBI's allegations, and the courts must decide. But look at whose money it is.

The Tribune reports that the funds include money of the Development and Panchayats department under the Mukhya Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana 2.0, the rural housing scheme.
One of the accused officers was Additional Principal Secretary to Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini.
Other departments include the one for school education.
