@moneyacademyKE In a way, I think it's a good thing they have been caught early. Imagine the rot that was NHIF that went on for decades at a similar scale. The total overhaul of NHIF by SHA/SHIF was meant to up the ante. Indeed Kenya is a hard working country, if are still able to function.
