The Kaya Bizz team and I discussed that landlords have accommodated 35% of renters with reduced or waived rent.
Lockdown forced 88.47% of tenants to stay in their rental homes, with 17% having had intentions of moving before lockdown started.

I was on @SABCNews this morning discussing @rentinflow findings on how COVID-19 has affected tenants in SA. One of the stats shows that only 37% of tenants can afford to pay rent in full!
