Dear @CarolineLucas last week Brighton Council installed this traffic control measure that prevents wheelchair access to one of Brighton’s very few fully accessible restaurants, ruining a planned birthday meal for a relative that rarely eats out due lack of access in the city

@BrightonHoveCC deep and dangerous sunken pavement pothole outside Portslade Station by bins & bus stops. Deep enough to break someone’s leg. Almost invisible. Nearly threw my cousin out of his wheelchair today and it landed on his ankle. Please fix. Please mark with paint

@BrightonHoveBus Thank you for letting me know. I did catch the next one but I am late. I know it’s not that simple due to driver schedules and breaks, but running the Varndean bud onto the university when the university bus is cancelled would make such a difference 🙏

@BrightonHoveBus could have cancelled any other 5B this morning and people would have got to their destination. To cancel the university bus with no further information and no alternative has caused me major disruption 😖😞❌🚌

You only need to make the 55 Varndeen bud the 5B university bus and all routes are covered 🚌

@BrightonHoveBus Solved now thank you, David. It was the 5B 7.28am C from The Grenadier. Scheduled to Sussex University. Diverted to George St to terminate. Wouldn’t even linkup with the 25 at Brunswick. Luckily I’m on the next one. I’m late but will at least get there. Have a good day.

@Ladbrokes @LadbrokesCare never seen #responsiblebetting in action ‘til today. A #vulnerableadult I know was very concerned about inactivity charges on the app, and struggled due to #disability. All sorted by the shop 1794. I would like to commend Shawn Mccaffery for resolving it

@dhlexpressuk service levels are demoralising for customers. @easyJet staff doing well to manage a sh*t storm not of their making. Older people being made to stand and walk miles. Passengers stuck on planes. Luggage will arrive when they are able to deliver it. Awful! Do not fly!
