LaDSwas once a refuge for players, but now it's a place where anyone can be cyberbullied. When players are doxxed, the company just stands by with a megaphone: "We oppose cyberbullying." Then does nothing

It's really surprising to still see entries about PPG now, how enduring it is. The problem hasn't been solved after all this time, they've just been hiding like turtles with their heads in the sand.
Comments about Valko are deleted one by one; posts in the super topic are blocked for no reason. You delete comments 10,000 times faster than fixing bugs, but can't hear what we want to say.

Everything about this community is ridiculous. Girl, weren't you crying on 6 22 that a virtual character climbed through your window and let u afraid? Now you sell blood to top up for a virtual character?

The content mentioned in this article is precisely criticizing those who defend PPG without any bottom line. In June, to get Valko removed, CDGs used a historically sensitive plot in the game(+)

Health is the most important indicator of people's happiness, but one company has managed to inflict this pain upon their players, whom they pledged to always spoil and love.
Have @InfoldGames_ and @Love_Deepspace forgotten about this girl?
The Valko supporter who visited their headquarters three times, desperately seeking intervention against the relentless harassment and doxxing directed at her.
The abuse reportedly pushed her mental health to a breaking point. On one occasion, she came dangerously close to taking her own life. On another, she fainted following an emotional breakdown.
This was no longer simply a disagreement within a gaming community. It had escalated into a serious mental health crisis that demanded compassion, intervention, and accountability.
Yet, despite her repeated pleas for help, we have heard no public statement from the company addressing her situation.
@Love_Deepspace has established community guidelines and disciplinary measures against online harassment. Yet, amid this deeply distressing incident, a low-ranking account was apparently able to publicly humiliate this girl over her mental health crisis without facing consequences.
Imagine being driven to such a vulnerable state that you repeatedly visit a company's headquarters, pleading for protection, only to have your psychological suffering turned into another opportunity for public humiliation.
A player experiencing severe psychological distress deserved protection and support, not silence while her suffering was publicly weaponized against her.
When she explicitly requested the removal of abusive comments targeting her, she reportedly received no meaningful assistance.
And what did the company do instead?
It deleted comments supporting Valko and calling for his release.
I've raised this concern during a livestream with the CN Valkyries, and I'll reiterate it here:
The company's apparent willingness to remove comments supporting Valko, while allowing malicious attacks against his supporters to remain, raises serious concerns about its moderation priorities.
Supporting an officially recognized character should not be treated as a greater violation of community guidelines than harassment, public humiliation, and psychological abuse.
This selective enforcement also raises a broader concern about whether Valkyries are being treated as legitimate members of the player community and whether expressions of support for Valko are being unfairly classified as violations.
More importantly, it sends a deeply troubling message to players whose mental health has already suffered because of the hostility within this community: their psychological well-being appears to matter less than controlling the conversation surrounding a fictional character.
No player should have to reach the point of psychological collapse, much less contemplate ending their life, before their pleas for protection are taken seriously.
@shanghaidaily We respectfully urge the relevant Chinese authorities and media outlets, particularly those responsible for cyberspace governance and consumer protection in Shanghai, to investigate the allegations of online harassment, doxxing, and selective moderation within the official Love and Deepspace community.
