1000 روز پس‌ از جنایت هفتم اکتبر که «طوفان الاقصی» نامیده شد، محور شرارت جمهوری اسلامی جوری غرق شد که دیکتاتور خامنه‌ای ماه‌ها پس از کشته شدن هنوز در یخچال است.

وقتی میگید مغلطه کردم ولی اسم مغلطه رو نمیگید، یعنی اصلاً نمیدونید مغلطه چی هست. مغلطه الگوی خطای استدلاله. اگر مغلطه‌ای تشخیص میدید باید بگید استدلال دارای چه مغلطه‌ای هست. این که اسم مغلطه رو نمیگید فقط یه چیز رو به خوبی نشون میده و اونم اینه که انقدر ناآگاه و بی‌سواد هستی�� که فکر میکنید استفاده از جمله «مغلطه میکنید» تأثیری مثبتی در موجه جلوه دادن لاطائلات‌تون داره.

نوشتید به کتاب‌های زرد رفرنس دادم. من که در بحث با شما به کتاب‌هایی جز زمان انتخاب و کهن دیارا ارجاع ندادم. کتاب شهبانو فرح پهلوی و رضاشاه دوم رو کتاب زرد میدونید؟ عجب!

در خصوص مورد یک، اومدید یه مثال از صبا بختیاری زدید و بعد قضاوت خودتونو یعنی «به دام افتادن من» مطرح کردید. این استدلال نیست بلکه فقط بیان قضاوته. یاد بگیرید استدلال کنید و نتیجه در انتهای استدلال شما باشه. در بحث اصولی، تنها قضاوت مطرح نمیشه بلکه استدلالی که باعث اون قضاوت شده، ارائه میشه.

در خصوص مورد دو، گفتید این که من گفتم وصیت‌نامه، نمادین هست و لازم‌الاجرا نیست، حرفی از روی باد معده‌ست. خب اگر قائل به این باشید که اون وصیت‌نامه نه نمادین بلکه لازم‌الاجرا هست که دقیقاً میشه حرف مشروطه‌چی‌ها. این مشروطه‌چی��ها هستند که با استناد به وصیت‌نامه و ادعای لازم‌الاجرا بودنش، خواهان بازگشت به قانون اساسی مشروطه هستند. حالا کی افتاده تو دام؟ من یا شما؟

گفتید من جایگاه شهبانو رو زدم. من دقیقاً از روی سخن شهبانو در کتاب کهن دیارا خوندم که خود ایشون نوشتن از اونجا که شاهد اندیشه‌های پادشاه در آخرین روزهای زندگی بودند، وظیفه خودشون دونستند که در فردای روز درگذشتش، اون متن(وصیت‌نامه) رو بنویسن. اگر این سخن رو زدن جایگاه شهبانو میدونید، این سخن از من نیست که، این سخنِ خود شهبانو فرح پهلوی هست. چطور سخن شهبانو رو «زدن جایگاه شهبانو» تلقی میکنید؟ اگر نمادین دونستن وصیت‌نامه رو حمله به خاندان پهلوی تلقی میکنید، این که شهبانو در کتاب کهن دیارا صفحه ۳۸۲ گفتند «ما بیستمین سال تولد رضا و نیل نمادین او به مقام سلطنت را جشن گرفتیم»، لابد فکر میکنید در اینجا هم «نمادین» یعنی حمله به جایگاه حقوقی رضاشاه د��م؟ آخه یه جو عقل تو کله شما هست خانم؟ نمادین تنها یعنی فاقد اثر حقوقی. خب اگر فکر میکنید وصیت‌نامه نمادین نیست و بلکه اثر حقوقی داره، بفرمایید در کدوم دادگاه میتونیم بریم شکایت کنیم که طبق وصیت‌نامه عمل نشده؟ در تمام نظام‌های حقوقی، امضا شرط اساسی اعتبار وصیت‌نامه‌ست. بگید تو کدوم نظام حقوقی، وصیت‌نامه‌ای که به امضای متوفی ن��سیده باشه، معتبر شناخته میشه؟ اینجا بحثِ اعتبار از نظر شخص من و شما و دیگری نیستا! من میدونم بلافاصله با مغلطه مرد پوشالی، حمله میکنید که آلبرت گفته سخن شاهنشاه آریامهر، بی‌اعتباره! خیر! اگر نظر من رو کسی بخواد خب نظر شخصی‌م اینه که شهبانو به درستی اندیشه‌های پادشاه رو به ما منتقل کردند اما بحثِ اعتبار حقوقی در یک نظام حقوقی با نظر شخصی من متفاوته. حقیقتاً فهموندن چنین چیزی به شما سخت‌تر از یاد دادن مشتق و انتگرال به میمونه.

پرسیدید وقتی پادشاه نیست، شهبانو چه کاره‌ست؟ پس از آخرین اصلاحیه متمم قانون اساسی مشروطه در ۱۸ شهریور سال ۱۳۴۶، طبق اصل ۳۸، اگر ولیعهد به سن ۲۰ سال نرسیده باشن، شهبانو نایب‌السلطنه میشن ولی نایب‌السلطنه، موظف هست به انجام اموراتی که طبق قانون اساسی بر عهده پادشاه هست اما تدوین وصیت‌نامه حقوقیِ لازم‌الاجرا توسط نایب السلطنه ممکن نیست. چون یک، به امضای شخص متوفی نرسیده و دو، توصیه‌های سیاسی، لازم‌الاجرا نیست. من هرگز نگفتم اون وصیت‌نامه فاقد ارزش هست. هرگز نگفتم ��هبانو، اون حرف‌ها رو از خودشون درآوردن بلکه دقیقاً سخن شهبانو از کتابشون رو خوندم. شهبانو شاهد اندیشه‌های پادشاه بودند و متنی نمادین نوشتند که به عنوان «وصیت‌نامه شاهنشاه آریامهر» و آخرین اراده ایشون شناخته شده. حتی هرگز نگفتم اون توصیه، برای اون زمان توصیه مفیدی نبود! توصیه به صیانت از قانون اساسی مشروطه، برای پنجاه سال پیش، اتفاقاً توصیه بسیار خوبی بود چرا که همچنان احیای ساختار پیشین، امری ممکن بود.

بقیه حرف‌هاتون هم توهین بود. نیازی به پاسخ به توهین نمیبینم.

Saddam Hussein never reached a final peace deal with America. Instead, in the lead-up to the 2003 Iraq War, several last-minute diplomatic and exile offers were proposed to prevent conflict, but they were consistently rejected or failed to gain traction.

The primary failed initiatives included:
•The Arab League Exile Offer (2005): In October 2005, it was revealed that United Arab Emirates officials brokered a plan where Saddam Hussein would flee to the UAE, receive immunity from prosecution, and Iraq would hold elections within six months. This ultimately failed because the Arab League chose not to bring it to an emergency summit, citing non-interference policies.

•Intelligence Chief Proposal (2003): Just weeks before the 2003 invasion, Saddam’s intelligence chief, General Tahir Jalil Habbush, proposed future elections in exchange for stopping the U.S. buildup, while fiercely rejecting any proposal that required Saddam to abdicate.

•The "Secret" Overtures (2003): After the war began in early April 2003, Iraqi officials attempted to secure a ceasefire through former CIA officials, floating a promise for free elections supervised by the U.S. and France. This effort collapsed when the location where the meeting was supposed to take place was bombed by U.S. planes.

Ultimately, the Bush administration maintained that Saddam had to relinquish power and allow disarmament. No formal peace treaty was ever signed; U.S. and coalition forces toppled his regime in April 2003, and he was later captured and executed in December 2006.
