I was at Kmart customer service yesterday and witnessed a lady trying to return a hair curler. I didn't hear her reason for returning, but I did hear the Kmart employee try and explain to her that "yes, it's a hair curler. It's supposed to get hot. That's how it works."
Husband: "If I use your Amazon account to order your Christmas present, will you peek to find out what it is?"
Me: "Maybe...Yes. Yes, I will."
Husband: "At least you're honest."
Met a new person last night, happily chatting away.
Was told, "I'm getting big extroverted vibes from you."
Hahaha. This is very opposite from the truth. π
It's gotten to the point where I've ordered so many things online* that when I get a notification about my item being on it's way, I literally have no idea what's coming.
*Christmas gifts. Almost all for other people. I promise!

My TER was 99.7 and I studied a music degree in piano performance, as well as commerce degree with a major in economics.
I definitely know that I got scholarships as a result of those results, which enabled me to go do certain things.
Okay, that's with this?
Recently, I've been to the shops, and gone to reverse park into a bay on the LHS. I flick my indicator on, drive slightly further so I can get an angle to get in.
And then a car from the opposite direction cuts me off and takes the park. π€¦π»ββοΈπ‘
I like my new neighborhood and all, but honestly, I miss my old one. Yesterday I went to my parents house, and visited my old usual. Haven't been there for months. Waitress exclaimed, "hi! I haven't seen you in ages!!" and I just miss it so much. She even remembered my order.
I get that people need lunch breaks, but seriously, Uni Student Admin - you're closed every day 12-1pm for lunch? At a prime time when students need to get admin done as well? Have a rolling schedule, it's not that hard.
My husband and I sometimes play a game of "would you rather?".
Would you rather:
1. Always be able to fly business class, but never tell anybody about it?
2. Never be able to fly business class?
Discussion with husband about what things are great value.
Him: Our quick excursion to Praline to eat $13 worth of cake
Me: The underground Scavi tour at the Vatican
Him: Why does your brain do this?!?
