@alexnpress my coworkers and I at a historic ship museum in Philly walked out around 1 today. The ships have no hvac and when you seal all the doors it gets so damn hot
hearing of several walkouts in NYC right now by workers who correctly object to being out in this air. can only imagine how many more are taking place that no one will hear about

GOP War on Budgeting has held up extremely well over the years. It's not that they care about deficits sometimes and not others (although they do talk more about "deficits" sometimes). They *never* care about deficits and mean something entirely different when they use that word.
i think it's so cool that every CEO at every company suddenly decided exactly five to seven percent of their workforce needed to not work anymore. what a weird coincidence
